Regeneration Secrets is a series of five daily energy transmissions that can be used at any time.

The energy transmitted in Regeneration Secrets is very powerful. Therefore, you could experience some unusual sensations. It is not uncommon to feel sensations of heat, tingling, strong energy and vibration in the body. Your body might jerk suddenly, you might cough, your hands or legs might move involuntarily, or you could even launch into speaking Light Language yourself! You could feel emotional and cry, or feel a sense of overwhelming expansion and joy.
We are all unique as people and response to the energy varies.
